Centred Ground is a boutique Allied Health & Wellness Collective located on Gibson Street in Bowden, South Australia. The centre consists of four treatment spaces, central reception/gathering space and staff room. Our space has been intentionally designed to feel calm, grounded and welcoming – a place where both practitioners and clients can settle, exhale and feel genuinely cared for.
We are building a collective of like-minded practitioners who value high-quality care, meaningful connection, and a more considered, person-centred approach to health.
These are not just rooms to rent — it’s a shared environment with a clear intention behind it. Our treatment rooms are a space for practitioners who see their work as more than transactional and who value being part of something thoughtfully built.

location & parking
Located less than 5km (or 10 minutes) from the Adelaide CBD, Centred Ground is very easily accessible. The centre is a short 400m walk from the Bowden train station or 500m from the Entertainment Centre tram stop. Four car park spaces are available at the rear (entry off Sixth St). There is a larger carpark between fourth & fifth street or street parking is available on Gibson and the surrounding side streets.

At Centred Ground there are four practitioner rooms/treatment spaces:
Practitioner Room 1 is a large treatment room equipped with a powered treatment table, practitioner’s chair, heating/cooling and adequate room for practitioners to offer their modalities in a calm and intimate space.
Practioner Rooms 2 & 4 (3 x 3.7m) are suitable for most allied health practitioners requiring both treatment and assessment space.
The smaller Practitioner Room 3 (2.5 x 3.25m) is ideal for talk-based practitioners or compact setups.

OUR HIRE RATES INCLUDE: cleaning, social media support (i.e. we will share your posts through our social networks). Reception area with storage, unisex bathroom, change facilities & kitchenette (cups, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, cutlery, dish-ware).

Each room contains: desk and chair, client seating, soft styling elements. Practitioners are welcome to bring their own equipment, with approval, ensuring alignment with the overall aesthetic of the space
