Centred Ground is a wellbeing centre located on Gibson Street in Bowden, South Australia. The centre consists of two treatment rooms, reception/gathering space and a larger studio space. Centred Ground offers holistic, integrative physiotherapy, body work, yoga and meditation and fosters a community of wellbeing within Bowden.
Our studio, treatment rooms and reception/gathering space are available for hire for practitioners, weekend workshops, teacher trainings, corporate events and private sessions. location & parking
Located less than 5km (or 10 minutes) from the Adelaide CBD, Centred Ground is very easily accessible. The centre is a short 400m walk from the Bowden train station or 500m from the Entertainment Centre tram stop. Four car park spaces are available at the rear (entry off Sixth St). There is a larger carpark between fourth & fifth street or street parking is available on Gibson and the surrounding side streets.

At Centred Ground there is one large practitioner room, a small practitioner room and large studio space for hire:
Practitioner room 1 is a large treatment room equipped with a powered treatment table, practitioner’s chair, heating/cooling and adequate room for practitioners to offer their modalities in a calm and intimate space.
The smaller Practitioner Room 2 offers a blank canvas to make the room your own (furniture can be supplied by negotiation). There is ample space for a treatment table and small desk. The north facing window provides natural light, a mantlepiece offers a beautiful feature and the room is fitted with heating and cooling.
The Yoga/Meditation Room, is a 41sq metre studio space. The studio is equipped with yoga props (incl. blankets, belts, yoga bolsters and meditation pads), heating/cooling. With north facing windows the room receives lovely natural light throughout the day. Perfect for small groups, training and workshops for up to 20+ people. The studio space comfortably fits 14 yoga mats positioned perpendicular to the walls.
common areas:
Centred Ground has a welcoming reception area, small kitchenette, toilet, change rooms and lockers for people’s belongings. The reception area can be used as a gathering space for breakout sessions or to share food and drinks.

OUR HIRE RATES INCLUDE: cleaning, social media support (i.e. we will share your posts through our social networks). Reception area with storage, unisex bathroom, change facilities & kitchenette (cups, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, cutlery, dish-ware).
