Strong Seniors Classes-

As we age, keeping our joints, muscles, and balance strong is key to living independently and confidently. Many people worry about falls, osteoporosis, or managing degenerative conditions—but feel uncomfortable in a “gym” environment. Strong Seniors is designed for you if you want safe, supervised exercise that builds strength, improves stability, and helps you feel secure in your daily life.
Strong Seniors is a physiotherapist-led program tailored to older adults. It focuses on:
- Improving joint and muscle health
- Building balance and reducing the risk of falls
- Supporting bone strength and managing osteoporosis
- Providing guidance in a supportive, non-intimidating environment
It’s especially suitable if you prefer direct supervision, want exercises adapted to your abilities, or find it challenging to get down to (and up from) the floor—something we’ll gradually build confidence with together.
In each class, you’ll:
- Practice yoga-inspired movements (standing or chair-based)
- Build strength with weights and resistance bands
- Learn exercises tailored to your goals and needs
- Progress through new activities each week, under the guidance of an experienced physiotherapist
Before joining, you’ll complete a 30-minute Initial Physiotherapy Assessment ($150, PT500) so we can tailor the program to you. If you have a GP Management Plan, you’ll receive a $61.80 rebate on this and any future assessments.
Class investment: $33 per class (45–60 minutes, PT560). Check with your private health fund using the codes above to find out your rebate.

We’re lucky to have two providers on board to bring you puppy yoga….so fun!
