3. Physiotherapy and other Centred Ground services
Physiotherapy services provided by Centred Ground are delivered by appropriately registered practitioners within their scope of practice. Personal Change Coaching & Hypnotherapy is offered as a separate service and is not a replacement for psychology, psychiatry, counselling, addiction treatment, crisis support or specialised trauma care.
Information on this website does not guarantee a particular result. Outcomes vary between people and depend on individual circumstances, clinical findings, participation and other factors.
4. Independent practitioners
Some practitioners listed on this website operate their own independent businesses from consulting rooms at Centred Ground. Unless expressly stated otherwise, those practitioners are not employees, agents or partners of Centred Ground.
Independent practitioners manage their own clinical services, appointments, fees, records, privacy obligations and cancellation arrangements. Their profile information is provided to help visitors understand the services available from the collective. Any agreement for services with an independent practitioner is between you and that practitioner.
5. Bookings, fees and payment
Physiotherapy bookings may be made through Centred Ground’s online booking system or by contacting us. Current availability and applicable fees are shown at the time of booking or otherwise communicated to you.
Payment and claiming services may be provided through third-party platforms. Use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Our Cancellation Policy applies to individual physiotherapy appointments and should be read before booking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
