Classes are limited to six participants, allowing for individual guidance, exercise modification and closer attention to technique. Many participants also value the consistency, familiar faces and sense of progress that comes from exercising regularly with a small group.

Is Strong Seniors right for me?

There’s no need to be particularly fit, flexible or experienced before joining.

Strong Seniors is a tailored small group exercise program rather than an individual physiotherapy treatment session.

To make sure the classes suit you, every new participant begins with a short online suitability check and a 30-minute individual physiotherapy assessment before joining the group. This establishes your goals and baseline measures, and identifies any exercise modifications you may need.
