Coaching & Hypnotherapy

Coaching & Hypnotherapy is intended for adults seeking focused support with personal change, repeated patterns, confidence, decision-making or feeling stuck. Hypnotherapy may also be used to support people living with persistent pain, including the way pain affects thoughts, emotions, confidence and everyday life.

Hypnotherapy may be used as a complementary approach for persistent or recurring pain, particularly where pain has begun to affect confidence, activity, sleep, stress or day-to-day life. It does not replace appropriate medical assessment or physiotherapy where these are needed.
