For allied health practitioners

A thoughtful home for your practice

Professionally furnished consulting rooms in Bowden

Centred Ground offers professionally furnished consulting rooms for independent allied health practitioners seeking a warm, well-supported and professional environment from which to grow their practice.

Located in Bowden, Centred Ground is a growing physiotherapy-led allied health collective, bringing together practitioners who value autonomy, high-quality care and thoughtful professional connection.

This is more than a room-hire arrangement. The aim is to create a stable and considered collective where practitioners can maintain their independence while contributing positively to the shared environment and client experience.

A professional space that feels welcoming

Each room provides a professional starting point while still allowing you to bring some of your own personality and practical requirements into the space.

Consulting rooms

Small treatment room

A compact, comfortable room suited to counselling, coaching and other consultation-based services.

Medium consulting room

A flexible room suitable for counselling, dietetics, psychology, coaching and a range of consulting services.

Large consulting room

A more spacious room for practitioners who need additional room for movement, equipment or a larger consulting environment.
Depending on availability, rooms may be offered for one consistent day each week, multiple regular days or full-week use. Current availability and rates can be provided through the practitioner information pack.

Who the collective may suit

This may suit you if you are:

  • An appropriately qualified and insured practitioner, with relevant registration or professional membership where applicable
  • Someone who values person-centred care
  • Looking for a consistent, long-term base
  • Comfortable running your own independent business

Independent practice, with room for connection

You’ll operate independently — responsible for your own services, records, bookings, fees, policies, registrations, insurance and client relationships, and retaining your own brand and professional identity. Working alongside other practitioners still creates opportunities for connection, peer support and appropriate cross-referral where suitable and consented to.

What is included

Everything you need to see clients from day one, so you can focus on your practice rather than the premises.

Additional arrangements, such as linen or towel services, may be available depending on your needs.

A collective guided by shared values

We look for practitioners whose approach aligns with the values and culture Centred Ground is building.

These are not intended as corporate slogans. They describe the culture and standards Centred Ground is working to build.

Professional and compliance requirements

Before commencing, you’ll need to provide documentation relevant to your profession and service, including:
A structured onboarding and induction process is completed before commencement.

Practical inclusions without unnecessary administration

Centred Ground uses clear systems and consistent expectations to protect the shared environment, without interfering unnecessarily in your independent business. You’ll receive:

Building a long-term collective

We’re building a long-term collective, not simply filling rooms.

The priority is to find practitioners who are professionally suitable, aligned with the environment and interested in building a consistent presence over time.

The premises may suit practitioners working in dietetics, psychology, counselling, remedial massage, occupational therapy, women’s health and other consulting-based allied health services. Services requiring extensive gym equipment, permanent specialised plumbing or sterile clinical facilities may not be suitable.
