About Annette
Annette brings more than 25 years of professional experience across mental health, wellbeing and human development, complemented by extensive knowledge of positive
psychology, nervous-system informed practice, trauma-informed care and systems
thinking.
Her approach recognises that meaningful transformation takes time and space to reflect on the experiences and environments that have shaped us, challenge patterns that may be holding us back, and turn new understanding into meaningful change in everyday life.
Working collaboratively with each person, Annette draws on extensive professional experience and multidisciplinary training across education, counselling, positive psychology, holistic life coaching, mind-body practice, yoga and meditation to create an
approach tailored to each individual.
